Return and Cancellation Policy

At Honest Eats, we are committed to ensuring the satisfaction and well-being of our customers. We understand that sometimes you may need to return products you have purchased from us. Our return policy is designed to be transparent and fair, while keeping in mind the unique nature of organic food items.

1. Time Frame for Returns

You can return any non-perishable item within 14 days of receiving your order. Unfortunately, due to safety and quality concerns, we are unable to accept returns of perishable items.

2. Condition of Returned Items

Items must be in their original, unopened packaging and in the same condition that you received them. We cannot accept returns of items that have been opened or tampered with.

3. How to Initiate a Return

To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team at [customer-service@honesteats.co.uk]. Provide your order number, the item(s) you wish to return, and the reason for the return. Our team will guide you through the process and provide any necessary return labels.

4. Refund Process

Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, the refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment, within a certain number of days.

5. Exchanges

If you need to exchange an item due to damage or a defect, please send us an email at [customer-service@honesteats.co.uk]. We will replace items if they are defective or damaged at the time of delivery.

6. Shipping Costs for Returns

The customer will be responsible for paying for their own shipping costs for returning their item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

7. Non-Returnable Items

Please note that certain types of items cannot be returned, such as perishable goods (like food), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products).
